Your information

When you join the Doorland community, we store your email, join date, invite code, referral, selected languages and country so we can maintain the waitlist and send occasional project updates.

If you apply to build Doorland, we also store the link, message and files you submit. Only the project operator can access emails and applications. The public list shows queue positions, join times, learning languages and countries.

Visits and activity

We count page views, demo and trailer opens, completions, invitation clicks, registrations and studio applications. Counts are grouped by day, page, broad device category and country. We do not use analytics cookies, fingerprinting or visitor identifiers. We do not count unique visitors. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Storage and abuse protection

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. Country information comes from the hosting connection. We briefly retain a salted hash of the connection address for abuse protection, without saving the address itself. Your browser also remembers your queue place and temporarily holds a pending registration if the connection fails.

Retention and requests

Waitlist details are retained while the Doorland project needs the list. Studio applications are retained for review. For questions or to request access, correction or deletion, contact the Doorland project operator at pedrotricola@gmail.com.
